What can I return?
You may return most new, unopened items sold and fulfilled by Coleman within 30 days of delivery return should be by a trackable method which will prevent being lost in shipment. Please send your return tracking to Coleman this will make it easy to update you with status report and prevent item being lost.
When will I get my refund?
When a refund is issued you will get an email notification, there might be a delay of deposit by your bank institution due to their processing time of 2 to 3 days.
Does Coleman offer replacements and exchanges?
Yes, If you received a damaged or defective item, we’ll ship you a replacement of the exact item. If you would like to exchange an item for another, you can exchange for a different one.

If you're waiting for a refund and want to check the status, you can view this information in Your Account, you also can request this information directly from Coleman via email email@example.com please include in request your order number and return tracking number.
Books & Access Cards are returnable if un-opened and in original condition sent.
Return shipping is not refundable on cancelled orders.
