What can I return?
You may return most new, unopened items sold and fulfilled by Coleman within 30 days of delivery return should be by a trackable method which will prevent being lost in shipment. Please send your return tracking to Coleman this will make it easy to update you with status report and prevent item being lost.
When will I get my refund?
When a refund is issued you will get an email notification, there might be a delay of deposit by your bank institution due to their processing time of 2 to 3 days.
Does Coleman offer replacements and exchanges?
Yes, If you received a damaged or defective item, we’ll ship you a replacement of the exact item. If you would like to exchange an item for another, you can exchange for a different one such as a printed access code, Access Codes are non-returnable.
